Who knows you may end up buying your own cow! There are many Local Cattle Breeders at the Cattle sales showing off their “Highlands Grade” Cattle.
Interesting fact: It seems that in the early days – Pubs and Saleyards went hand in hand in Moss Vale. Prior to the current location of the saleyard – there were originally saleyards behind the Moss Vale Hotel, the Commercial Hotel, the Family Hotel and the Royal Hotel.
