They can all test any standard of golfer, this depending on which tees you wish to play from. The black course at Mt Broughton is possibly the longest in NSW.

Highlands Golf Club, Mittagong

An easy walking course located on the freeway side of Mittagong. 18-hole golf course has an excellent clubhouse! The Highlands Golf Club caters for social groups all year round, though bookings are at times essential with this popular course.

Boasting one of the best function rooms in the district, proving popular with weddings, parties and seminars, Highlands Golf Club offers a range of function packages to suit your needs and our International Chef has an array of menus to suit all types of requirements. Located very close to the centre of Bowral, this private members clubs permits social play other than member’s competition times. Like the other courses, it has a variety of challenges and a very cosy clubhouse environment for you to relax after your game.

Moss Vale Golf Club

Always in great condition, the Moss Vale golf club offers excellent practice and teaching facilities and a variety of tree lined holes that will test you driving skills.

This course is regarded as one of the prettiest and most challenging courses in NSW, with avenues of pines, elms, gums and vividly coloured claret ash flanking the winding layout. The course was completed in its current layout in 1936.

Gibraltar Country Club

Located on the northern side of Bowral, this course lies at the foot of Mt Gibraltar; it also offers many challenges that will test shot making skills. Their clubhouse is located within the modern Gibraltar Hotel complex.

Mt Broughton Golf & Country Club

Considered to be the most exposed and challenging course this privately owned course has hosted numerous junior, PGA and LPGA tournaments during its short existence.

Don’t been intimidated by its long grass, as the fairways are wide and their greens massive. Mt Broughton Golf and Country Club is a naturally beautiful site where lush greens, natural waterways and undulating fairways combine with skilled design to create a truly memorable golfing challenge.

Mt Broughton GCC is reputedly one of the longest courses in Australia. Sweeping rye grasses and the course’s natural waterways, lush greens and undulating fairways, creates an incredible vista.
